Orders
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Our Australia store only supports AUD.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in AUD when using www.ritualunions.com. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.
When will my order ship?
We aim to dispatch parcels the same or following business day from the time of order. This may vary due to high order volumes on any given day.Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Ritual Unions using Australia Post services. Australia Post are currently experiencing delivery delays due to backlogs and high volumes of parcels within their network. Please allow extra time for delivery.
Your orders take 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on where you’re located. Deliveries to WA can take up to 6-10 business days from order dispatch.

Where do you ship?

How much does shipping cost?
Free standard delivery within Australia for all orders over AUD $150.
We are working hard to keep our shipping costs down. The shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the checkout process so that you have certainty of the costs upfront.
What is your return policy?

Received damage product, what should I do?
Sorry about this. Sometimes the trip from our warehouse to your home can rough it up a bit. Send us a note to hello@ritualunions.comand we’ll follow up right away to help you get a replacement.

Where are Ritual Unions products made?
Our products are designed in Europe and manufactured in Southern China. Our production partners have been producing some of the world's leading kitchenware brands for many years, and follow responsible manufacturing practises, including BSCI and SMETA certifications.

Cookware
What materials do you use?
Ritual unions cookware is made from the safest materials available for everyday cooking. Our pots and pans have an aluminum core, which is a fantastic heat conductor. It allows for quick and even cooking and can heat up 16x faster than stainless steel! Coated with two layers of non-toxic, non-stick ceramic coating to make cleaning up a breeze.
Why non-stick ceramic coating is a safer option, not Teflon (PTFE)?
Ceramic is made from minerals like quartz and is fired at high temperatures to form a naturally slick finish. Cookware with ceramic coating provides incredible health benefits to you, your family, and the environment.
Teflon (PTFE) has multiples uses, like cable coating, fabric, and carpet protectors. In recent years, researcher have found that in high temperatures PTEF release toxic fumes that are bad for the environment (think burning plastic). PFOA (C8) a known environmental pollutant. It also can remain in the human body for long periods, presents a risk of tumor growth in the liver, pancreas, and other organs.
Ritual unions cookware is free of PTFE, PFOA, and any other nasty chemicals!
Is Ritual Unions cookware oven and induction safe?
Yes, our cookware is compatible with all stovetops, including induction, and can be cooked up to 200°C in the oven!
Is Ritual Unions cookware dishwasher safe?
The best way to clean cookware is to hand wash it with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. If you decide to use the dishwasher, place your cookware on the top rack as this is often the most gentle and clean area. Continual use in the dishwasher can affect the longevity of the non-stick coating of your pans.
Do your handles and knobs get hot?
Our signature double-riveted silver arc handles are secure and reliable, which made of stainless steel, to dissipate heat. That said, the handles do get hot when you are putting Ritual Unions cookware in the oven or cooking with high heat. Burns aren’t cool. Always use oven mitts or potholders when handling your pans and lids. Grip the lid handles with your fingertips or palm down so your hand does not graze a hot lid — ouch!

Knives
What materials do you use?
Ritual Unions knives are made from Germany stainless steel (Din.14116), is a high- carbon steel that provides superior durability and strength for excellent cutting performance. Innovative white easy-grip handles made of POM (Polyoxymethylene), well know engineering plastic, environmental resistant, that fit comfortably in your hand. A unique blend of sharpness and a low maintenance personality identifies our knives.
How should I care for my Ritual Unions knives?
We recommend hand-washing your knives with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Store in knife rack to prolong knives life. Sharpen with whetstone or contact local sharpening specialist. Ultra-share blades, handle with care.
Warranty
Ritual Unions Lifetime Warranty (Knives)
Ritual Unions warranties to fix or replace knives are manufactured by Ritual Unions and purchased directly from Ritual Unions if it is found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal use, and following care instructions for the lifetime of the original consumer.
Please contact us at hello@ritualunions.com for a warranty evaluation. Upon approval of your claim, Ritual Unions will repair or replace the item without charge. This warranty is limited to the original consumer, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient of the knife, with proof of purchase and is not transferable. If the product was not purchased new from Ritual Unions, this warranty is null and void.
Ritual Unions Limited Warranty (Cookware and Appliances)
Ritual Unions warranties to fix or replace any non-stick cookware, appliances are manufactured by Ritual Unions and purchased directly from Ritual Unions if it is found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal use, and following care instructions for one year from the date of purchase.
Non-stick Cookware is designed to be used for cooking on gas, induction, or electric stoves, and in ovens up to 200 degrees. This warranty does not cover:
Any damage arising from misuse, accidents, and/or abuse, including:
- Dropping the products
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Over-exposure to high or prolonged heat
- Improper storage
- Temperature shock of the cookware (e.g., from heat to freezing cold)
- Use of abrasive cleaning tools or chemical cleaning products
- Use of utensils made of metal or similar hard material on non-stick products
- Surface markings because of shipping
- Theft
- Use in a commercial establishment
Normal wear and tear:
- Minor imperfections commensurate with use for cooking including chipping and scratches
- Color variations
- Staining
- Any damage to glass, porcelain, ceramic, or similarly fragile materials
- Normal deterioration of non-stick abilities commensurate with cooking
Please read appliances user manual carefully, before using it. As it contains all the instructions for maintaining the appliance’s aesthetic and functional qualities. This warranty does not cover:
- Abuse, commercial use, or other non-consumer use, neglect, abnormal wear or tear, or any use not in accordance with the appliances' instructions.
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, minor paint chips, normal wear and tear, or other nonfunctional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of appliances by any party, and which do not impair the appliance’s functionality.
Please contact us at hello@ritualunions.com for a warranty evaluation. Upon approval of your claim, Ritual Unions will repair or replace the item without charge. If the replacement Non-stick Cookware/Appliance is no longer available, one of equal or greater retail value will be given. Replacement Non-stick Cookware/Appliance may be provided in a color different from the Non-stick Cookware/Appliance you originally purchased. This warranty is limited to the original consumer, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient of non-stick Cookware/Appliance, with proof of purchase and is not transferable. If the product was not purchased new from Ritual Unions, this warranty is null and void.
