How Does Delivery Work?

Congratulations! You’ve made an order from Ritual Unions and your heart is aflutter with excitement. To paraphrase Julia Roberts in the film Pretty Woman … You are so excited you almost peed your pants! - Now what?

 

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your Ritual Unions goodies from our warehouse in Melbourne, pack it with hugs and love and within 72 hours get them out the door and on the way to you. All orders are sent when all items are ready in full - this means that if you have a pre-order item in your order, all items will wait until that latest item is available and then will be sent out at the same time.

 

Your Ritual Unions order will then gently be sent via Australia Post, and should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 2-8 business days if you are live in Australia. International shipping take up to 28 days.

 

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow this magical journey.

 

From time to time we may have to pack your items into different shipping packages or do partial delivery. If you do not receive all your items at the same time then the rest of your order should be with you in a few days. If your complete order hasn't arrived within a few days then please reach out to Australia Post using the shipping information from your shipping email or contact Ritual Unions Help Centre.

 

It's frustrating having to stay home to wait for your deliveries so Australia Post has 'Authority To Leave' your package in a safe place. If you are home they will ask for your signature as an extra security precaution. Ritual Unions a not responsible for the package in the rare case it is missing or stolen.
